Dublin // Saint Patrick’s Cathedral
It has been SO LONG since I posted anything about my Europe travels, I’m the worst. I have to be more diligent or else I’m going to start forgetting all the details…

After our amazing tour of Budapest, we were fortunate enough to spend one single night (less than 24 hours) in Dublin. For some reason, it was cheaper to fly from Budapest to Dublin, then Dublin to Paris, than directly Budapest to Paris. We were absolutely exhausted and lacking in time, but were able to eat some yummy pub food and visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

We were extremely underdressed for the cold weather so we were sniffing and turning pink by the time we made it to the church, but it was worth it to see the beautiful grounds that were bright green and blooming.

I love Dublin (this was not my first time visiting the city). It seems very Industrial Revolution to me, I get the feeling that I just stepped off a time machine into the mid 1880s. The dark brick buildings combined with crisp air just put images of A Christmas Carol in my mind, but maybe it’s just my imagination.
  • It s good to be reminded that spring do exist and this winter season is not gonna last forever. Flowers!:-)

  • Your pictures give me SUCH a traveling bug – so beautiful!

  • So so so true. I love flowers, they're the best part of spring!

  • Haha yes indeed. It cost money to go inside and we didn't want to pay, but at least the outside was amazing. And the flowers were to die for.

  • I KNOW. Seriously I have to get back there and actually spend time in London and see you and we'll hang out and you'll teach me how to take pictures in restaurants without feeling awkward.

  • I know, right?! I was in love.

  • Thank you thank you :]

  • Hahaha well I'm envious of myself looking back at these…why am I not there now lol.

  • Haha me too, even though summer hasn't even ended in SoCal, really. I am in dire need of some cold!

  • Awwww :] Well go go go! It's just a plane ticket away :]
